Liability for content

 

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content of these web pages according to § 7, paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG).  However, according to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG we are not obliged to control or investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity of information transmitted or saved by third parties.

 

Our obligations to remove or block the use of information under generally applicable laws remain unaffected by this. The accountability in this regard is only possible after we have been notified about a concrete legal infringement. After having been notified of a legal infringement, we will remove the content immediately.

Liability for links

 

Our site contains links to third-party web sites.  We have no influence on this content.  Therefore, we cannot be held accountable for this external content.  Responsibility for the content of external links (to web pages of third parties) lies solely with the operators of the linked pages. No violations were evident to us at the time of linking.

 

A permanent control of the content of linked pages without an indication of a legal infringement is not possible or reasonable. Should any legal infringement become known to us, we will remove the respective link immediately.
